Instructions for Use

• Each voucher code is applicable for one standard 40 pages photo book in a specific book style, as per stated in the voucher delivery email.
• Voucher code does not include shipping fee.
• You are required to enter the voucher code during check out.
• Voucher code expires on November 30, 2011.
• This offer is only applicable for Photobook Canada and shipping within Canada only.
  

Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase of voucher(s) in this promotion is FINAL sale. No refunds or exchanges will be granted.
2. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, Photobook In a Box & Photobook Money.
3. Voucher code must be entered at the time of your ordering and will not be accepted after the order is completed and received.
4. Offer cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
5. Promotional offers are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
6. Voucher code is applicable for a regular photo book of 40 pages in the 170gsm Premium Silk Paper.
7. Promotion does not include upgrade and accessories. Additional charges is applicable for upgrade of material and accesories.
8. Handling charges are not applicable to book order(s).
9. Offers have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
10. No offer substitutions or transfer rights are allowed.
11. We will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:
    a. Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the Voucher;
    b. Your inability to use the Voucher due to lost, forgotten, void or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; or
    c. The use of the Voucher by any person(s) not authorised or approved by you.
12. Please see our Return Policy. Photobook Worldwide is not responsible for customer generated mistakes. If there is a production/book issue, we will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. Promotional offer discounts are not eligible for credit or a refund.
13. Photobook does NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the file ONCE the file is uploaded. Therefore, it is customer’s responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly before uploading their book for process.
14. Photobook reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and we
    reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at anytime.
