We take great pride in making amazing books that are delivered to you on time. Once your order is completed, expect your Photobook to be on your doorstep within 6-8 business days. During peak seasons, delays may occur due to higher volume and shipment delays.
For any special request, please contact our Customer Support. Additional fees may apply depending on request.
- Note: All orders are shipped via courier and delivery schedules are determined by the local providers that we use. Please allow for additional delivery time for peak seasons. Our current shipping provider does not ship to PO Box or Box addresses. Should you input a PO Box or Box address, you will be contacted to provide an alternative address, which may result in additional shipment delays.
Taxes
Taxes Residents in Canada will be charged the following taxes on products and shipping charges based on province:- Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon - 5%
- Prince Edward Island - 14%
- British Columbia - 5%
- Newfoundland, Ontario, New Brunswick - 13%
- Nova Scotia - 15%

Free shipping applies for all books (including paper upgrades, accessories etc) above $65 (CAD) AFTER any voucher/promotional code has been applied. This amount does not include the price paid for the voucher. Terms and Conditions* applied.
